CHATBOT

Using aNinja’s chatbot playbook builder we implemented a custom chatbot. The intention of Custom Personnel’s chatbot was to boost lead generation so we programmed the chatbot to collect lead contact information such as name, email, and phone number. Since chatbots are always online Custom Personnel’s chatbot was collecting lead information and automatically sending it to their aNinja database 24/7! Within the first two months of implementing a personalized chatbot, website visitors had over 1,000 conversations with Custom Personnel’s chatbot leading to 47 leads!

LEAD GENERATION FORM

Using aNinja’s custom form builder we implemented an Apply Now Form on Custom Personnel’s website that allows visitors to apply immediately to get placed for a job. When visitors download Custom Personnel’s application, upload the completed application and their contact information, they are then automatically entered into Custom Personnel’s aNinja database. Having a form like this embedded on Custom Personnel’s website allows for new leads to be coming in at all times since the form is always available and collecting information on their site.
